This will show you the step-by-step tutorial on how to Create a User.
I’m using our demo server that you can visit at:
Login to the Administration page

Go to Users

Click Add a New User

Fill out the following fields:

  • User Number
  • Password
  • Full name
  • User level – This is where you set the user’s privilege. Level 1 for the Agent, Level 8-9 for Admin access
  • Phone login
  • Phone Password


After you click submit, it will show the rest of the Setting that you want to change for the User.

Under the Agent Interface Option, you may want to choose some of the options necessary for your Agent (1-ACTIVE or ON; 0-INACTIVE or OFF).

You can click the corner right side of the menu for more options
