Hey everyone, we are adding texting capabilities to our eDialer. Tell us what you think below in the comments
- Create a tab on agents screen for sending, and viewing text messages to phones numbers
- It will be like the note section we have now
- Will send messages to the current active telephone number on the agent screen
- Will have bubble message on right side highlighted in red for received messages
- Will have bubble message on left side highlighted in blue for sent messages
