How to Login using a softphone?

This applies to any softphone user either Eyebeam, Xlite, Zoiper or Bria.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to login to eDialer using a softphone.

 

  1. Open your installed softphone. Wait until the softphone shows its registered.
  2. Open your Chrome browser. White list your IP address when necessary using eDialer’s Firewall credentials.
  3. Click agent login

  4. Type in your Phone and user credentials.
  5. Choose the campaign.
  6. Click submit.
  7. As soon as you click submit, your softphone will ring. It’s important to ANSWER the call and never HANGUP
  8. Then depending on your user privilege, you may see a pop up box for inbound.
