Check your audio settings on the softphone. Make sure it’s pointing to the headset you intend to use for eDialer.

 

Things to remember:

  • When using a softphone, the audio setting is controlled by the softphone app, not eDialer.
  • We recommend using a USB headset when using the eDialer system for better connectivity.
  • Unplug your headset and plug it back on a different USB port just to let windows reinstall the headset’s audio driver.
